Experience the power of rhythm and melody together at the World Music Festival. The MUSIC-BOOM workshop brings families together through the joyful sounds of colourful Boomwhackers, hand drums, and percussion instruments.

No previous musical experience is required. The programme is specially designed for children aged 6–12 and their parents or caregivers, offering a variety of fun musical games inspired by music therapy techniques.

Workshop Leaders

The workshop is led by therapists from Amadeus Centre, the first specialised music therapy centre in Slovakia. Through purposeful work with music, rhythm, movement, and musical instruments, the centre supports the development, health, and psychological well-being of children, adults, and seniors. Particular attention is given to children and young people with developmental disabilities or other special needs.
